Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Items
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
